Axway Software seeks native English technical writer to join its growing Documentation team near Paris (Puteaux).

Axway, a global software company with R&D and Support centers located worldwide, requires a technical writer with at least one year's experience to join its documentation team. Part of the User Experience team, the doc team works closely with internal training, usability experts and a graphic designer.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with R&D and Product Management to design and plan technical documentation
• Write English-language technical documentation for a wide range of Axway products and solutions
• Ensure documentation meets user requirements and usability criteria
• Maintain and update documentation in line with product enhancements and corrections

Profile

• Native English speaker
• Enough French to work successfully in a multi-cultural team
• Minimum of one year's technical writing experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Ability to learn new tools and skills as required

Technical skills

• High level of comfort with information technology, particularly in the areas of B2B, Managed File Transfer and Business Process Management
• Knowledge of RoboHelp HTML or Madcap Flare
• Knowledge of structured authoring and content management systems a bonus
