Location: Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen, Denmark

The Dynamics AX Content Publishing team is seeking a technical writer with Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience to write content for our application manager, knowledge worker and ITPRO audiences. We are a high-energy, quality-driven group that values diversity of experience, expertise in communication, flexibility and passion for assisting our customers.

Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate, you will employ your SCM experience and writing skills to research, write and deliver the content that enables your customers to successfully complete key business processes. You will work as a member of a global, multi-site, multi-cultural team, writing content that is translated into many languages and read by customers around the world.

We are looking for:

- Experience working with an ERP system, preferably as a professional working with costing or control, with manufacturing in a multi-site and/or Lean environment, or with procurement.

- Excellent writing skills.

- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to take ownership of and to scope, schedule, and deliver high-quality, customer-driven projects.

- Understanding of database management and client/server technologies.

- Ability to learn new tools, technologies and processes quickly and independently.

- B.A./B.S. or graduate degree in a communications-related field, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

Writing samples are required. Samples must demonstrate excellent writing skills with a focus on audience-appropriateness, conciseness, accuracy and clarity.
