Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Training Writer on the Global Training Team. This team has a mission to develop globally consistent training, processes and strategy to enable partners and customers with the knowledge necessary to successfully implement and use MBS solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is excited about training and education and wants to help shape the future of classroom and web based training offerings.

You will be responsible for designing and developing instructor-led courseware, eLearning courseware, and certification exams for Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV. You will need to build and maintain superior understanding of Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV. The role will also include providing feedback and coaching to instructors, communicating changes to curriculum, and fostering relationships with internal and outsourced resources.

You will be responsible for:

- Creating exceptional world ready learning products that help our MBS Partner and Customer community build the skills they need to succeed and enable them to excel

- Designing and developing instructor-led courseware, eLearning courseware, seminars, hands on labs, and certification exams

- Building and maintaining a superior understanding of Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV, in order to develop content which enables partners and customers to successfully implement, administer, support and use MBS solutions

- Providing feedback and coaching to instructors, communicating changes to curriculum, and fostering relationships with internal and outsourced resources

We are looking for:

- Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Development environments and software development
- Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV C/SIDE development environment
- Visual Studio

- 2-3 years of experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV

- Outstanding English skills - writing, professional speaking and facilitation

- Experience in designing and delivering software training

- Ability to coordinate well with project team members

- Able to work with limited supervision

- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, education, computer science or other related field.

- Knowledge on implementation best practices
- Ability to manage projects to timely and successful completion
